Threads That Start with Tweets Are Killing HROT for Me

When I hover, I just see "Loading tweet." So I have to open the thread.

Often when I open the thread, the tweet isn't displayed. So then I have to click the tweet and go to Twitter to see what it's about.

Needless to say, at least half the time the tweet wasn't worth the effort.

Anyone else bothered by this trend?

Yes. Super annoying. Add on the fact that my work blocks Twitter and I can’t even hover and see what the thread might be about.

Suggestion:

If you are starting a thread with a tweet, maybe say a few words to preview the tweet content, if it isn't clear from the subject line.

Most of the time the Twitter things don't load for me.
