I don't think he is a Hawk fan. My guess is he purchased the mug when he was at the Sycamore Mall in Iowa City about 13 years ago with his traveling show, but I don't know for sure.

I noticed it. Had to go back to double check. I didn't see any other reference in the show that would connect him back to Iowa except maybe appearing at a mall.

the show is a train wreck that you cannot look away from.

Just remember, effing Carol Baskin is the only person who can make this damn virus disappear without a trace.
