Iowa is the stronger program, however the 2 ISU wins in the last 10 games in this series have been in Kinnick, so one can't take anything for granted.
Iowa State hasn't scored 20 or more points in Kinnick, since their 2014 20-17 win. The Cyclones haven't scored 30+ points since their 2002 win.
This really does look like Iowa's game to take and move on, based on the early season and experience the Hawkeyes return at all levels of the roster.
