Beat the team from Iran.

DRinger, DT, and Gwiz won their matches. Mega, Futrell, and Snyder lost theirs. A double DQ at 61 with Kishavelli from TMWC(however you spell it) and Iran's guy. Iran's guy raked his eyes twice and Kish slapped him in the head and he flopped harder than a fish just pulled into the boat. Don't know the guy that went at 70kg for TMWC. Nico starts at the 1:49:00 mark.

Yes they do. Check out Taylor's match against Karimi - got him twice with a poor mans imitation. They just don't work against Rahimi. Not much does.

No relationship whatsoever between Taylor cutting the corner and Nico extreme split where he's just a sitting duck with no offensive options.

He is really good too. I remember watching him whoop up on Dylan Ness at Northern Plains in waterloo when Ness was in HS and wondering who the heck he was.
