Tom Brands and Ryan Morningstar were at the Blair vs. Delbarton dual meet in Morristown, New Jersey last night to see elite recruit Leo DeLuca wrestle.
DeLuca won by a 20-3 tech fall over Tommy Marchetti in 4:17.

I heard nothing but great things about him on and off the mat when he was around a few weeks ago. This is the first year I recall no team making us draw for starting weights. They've all been good with starting at 125. I think that's about to change next year.

Also, props to the coaches making the trip to see him this time of year.

Yes. He's definitely ready. A redshirt would be better for development, but he's going to be able to compete right away.

He's always had really great feet (see vid below), and being a Blair kid he's great on top. But he's really picked up his handfight this past year or so.
