His quickness, defense, hustle, quick step and finishes at the rim was the difference in us winning and losing this game.

After Bakari made two stupid plays at the end I thought we were toast. Thankfully everyone stepped up and Connor made CRUCIAL free throws.

Two of the biggest plays of the game was: 1) CJ tapping our missed free throw off the Rutgers player that went out of bounds and 2) Wieskamp's last 3 pointer.

Good stuff....agree on all of it. Joe T is capable of playing that well and better...it really is just a matter of consistency. I think that the vast majority of players only get that through experience and maturity...how fast he can mature will be a big big deal. That game he had tonight...should, and I think will, be just an average game for him. He is capable of much more and I can't wait.

JoeT is the type of guard (I.e. loaded with fast twitch muscles) that a lot of fans had been calling for over the years. Glad we finally got the quickest guard in B1G on our team. He may not ever be a 3pt shooter, but he can bring that defense every game.
