Once again I see an opposing Big Ten team that loaded up for short term success by getting a boatload of transfers. PSU had 7 seniors, 5 transferred in. Obviously there are different ways to build a program but to me,relying on transfers shows me a coach cannot develop players and just wants to stock his team with players someone else developed. Frustrating to see. Hope it works for those coaches but it is not the way I would run a program.
