His high school coach states that he’s the best passer on their team. I like it.
I think Jirak could be a very productive Hawk when all is said and done (of course that is if he does not chase the almighty $$ eventually). He appears to have very good ball skills for a Big, especially his passing. He played most of his career as a perimeter player and then had a growth spurt. So, he is still getting used to his new size, but he already has small forward/guard ball skills. I am optimistic long-term. JMHO
Some sick passes through and around traffic. We’ll see how much of an athlete he is because the tape makes him look slow. But, bigs are often a long-term investment. Looks like a project that should grow into a contributor in a few years.
His highlight clips look pretty decent. Looked like he had some touch around the basket and could use his left hand.

That's about five more than Brendan Sirtz had.
Signing Trevin certainly isn't going to turn any heads and I can't say I am too excited but it's a start.
I have zero inside info, just a gut feeling that Coach Ben feels pretty good about landing two veteran bigs soon, giving Trevin time to develop and learn.

I’ve got an open mind, maybe he is projected to fill a role in McCollum’s system. I suggested that he would be a B10 project - that’s reasonable given his offer list. I don’t know why some are upset about what seems obvious.
