Tristan Lara of Fort Dodge committed to wrestle at UNI. He was state champ last year and a two time place winner in years prior. Lots of upside and good kid.

Title edited for those who don't open threads to read about commitments.

Probably not a bad thing for UNI to try and tap into the FD pipeline over the next few years. I assume it was his dad that was a wrestling at Fort Dodge back in the 90's? And while on the topic, the Bennett boy there. Which of the three Bennett brothers does he belong to?

Lara, Geerts, and Holschlag all committed at 141 - going to be a battle there. If one moves up you have Thomsen there as FR.

Troy I belive. He was in charge of the youth program for years. I'm new on this board but has Teske committed Anywhere?

I think we need a thread title etiquette ruling. When posting about a commit to another school, the thread title should include where said recruit commits. For example, Max Lyon to Purdue. Or Lara commits to UNI.

On the contrary, if recruit commits to Iowa then it shall read, "Warner commits!!" Or something similar. All in favor?
