Troy week depth charts

What was the deal with #7 in at receiver last Saturday? Tall kid but never really did anything. Was in there way more than I would have expected. Wish it was McNutt in the #7.

Also recall DeJong in at RT during the game but Dunker not hurt? Is there a snap count deal? I didn't think we rotated OL.

Xavier starting again.
On a short leash.

That TD was on our end and I watched him come off the field and he was the first dude off the field. Straight down the sideline quickly and never to be seen again on D, but was on his special teams duties after that. Oh how I wish I had seats right behind the defense bench for that one. I bet the spittle was flying and veins popping.

Xavier starting again.
Maybe. You know KF's depth charts are about as reliable as the seven-day forecast.

For a five-star, Xavier continues to be underwhelming. He just really hasn't done much at all, especially compared to the walk-on safeties Iowa always comes up with. Of course, it shouldn't make much difference who starts against mighty Troy, but it could be a great week for somebody other than X to start.

Telling that a SS gets benched for poor play, but the QB doesn't -- Ferentz ball philosophy

Those two safeties are a big liability, we need better speed on the backend and those two don't have it.

Thank God I'll be on vacation for this game.
