You have to think that the trucker passed the train while driving down the highway. The train didn't seem to be moving that fast. Maybe the truck driver thought that it wasn't moving fast at all?
Also, not sure why this is tagged under health/medical.
Thank goodness for whomever added the red circle to the video though. Otherwise, I might not have seen where the truck and train collided on the tracks.
