Those poor tech giants need all the help they can get.
Something something private market something something. Well, now we know what one of the big motivators for them supporting Trump are.

But stop using the argument that if EV's were viable the government wouldn't need to help and then turn around and do something like this. Just say that's not how you want money to be spent. At least it's honest.
I mean, exactly what kind of "infrastructure" does AI need, anyway? It's not like they need to build charging stations all over the country. What overhead do the tech companies need help with?
