What’s ridiculous is they exempted the VA from the hiring freeze after that Twitter post, but didn’t exempt them from probationary employee layoffs.

There’s no plan.

What is interesting here is probationary employees were hired to get around the BS approval process. Some are 10+ year employees who actually care about doing what's right for the Veterans.
