First of all, you're celebrating a failing grade. Good for you. Secondly, according to your chosen pollster, CBS conducted a poll shortly after Trump left office and his approval rating stood at 44%. Pew Research Center survey found his final approval rating to be 29%, the lowest of his presidency.

Every department should be audited and the expenditures should be available for the public, unless it is clearly against national security.
There is a lot of discussion on tax revenues and paying their fair share, which is valid, but, there should be a clear presentation to taxpayers on where the money is going. To disagree just shows that the team mentality is in full force
