I’ll post this again in case maybe you just missed it the first time I posted it. There are thousands of online pharmacies. The vast majority of them are operating illegally but many of them are getting better at looking like they are legitimate.

People buy what they think are legal prescription drugs from these sites
- Oxycontin, Xanax, Adderall, etc - unaware that these drugs are counterfeit and in many cases laced with fentanyl.

I am sure that he put me on ignore since a dared ask for factual information backing up his claim.

My quick google searches on his two statements did not back either of his two points— more of a mixed bag, but I was waiting to see his source. I assumed his source was more than he thinks it’s this way so it must be.

That’s a common misconception. While West Virginia does have the highest per capita death rate, 7 of the next 11 highest states are blue states - Delaware (2), Maine (3), Vermont (6), Connecticut (7), Maryland (9), Massachusetts (10), and New Mexico (12). Additionally, the District of Columbia has a higher death rate than every state except WV.

14 of the 16 states with the lowest death rates per capita are red states - Mississippi (35), Oklahoma (36), Georgia (37), Kansas (39), North Dakota (40), Idaho (41), Wyoming (42), Arkansas (43), Montana (44), Texas (45), Utah (46), Iowa (47), Nebraska (49), and South Dakota (50).

Maybe we need to reconsider the notion that fentanyl is primarily a MAGA scourge.

Yes, they do. But of the 16 states with the lowest per capita death rates from opioids, 14 of them are deep red MAGA states. If fentanyl was primarily a MAGA issue then we would expect to see a few of those states higher on the list.
