I actually had a lot more respect for GW after seeing him dodge that shoe fired at point blank range at the overseas news conference back in the day. Guy showed some mad reflexes right there.
I actually loved that too. It was funny on multiple levels. Not only did he dodge the shoes, he kept talking during it. it reminded me of the Seinfeld episode where Kramer kept driving the bus.
