Trump on Budgets - Sympathetic?

He's been off the walls for years, but it's seemingly worse. Does he become a sympathetic figure?

Do Republicans acknowledge it? Blame the Deep State? Blame the Democrats for presidential harassment? Blame the Democrats for not impeaching?

Just crazy what has become normalized.

1. Given the tremendous mess that Obama left him, I don't really know how he could be doing any better than he is. Very strong. Very strong on the budget.
2. He labors when he reads from a script or the teleprompter. I've been saying it for a year or so. I think he at a minimum has dyslexia. Possibly another learning disorder, too. He struggles to read. That's why he depends boldly written, repetitive notes.
