Former president Donald Trump in an interview Friday voiced opposition to a ballot initiative that would make abortion legal in Florida until fetal viability. His remarks came a day after he criticized Florida’s six-week abortion ban for being overly restrictive. Trump is holding a rally in Johnstown, Pa. After the rally, he plans to appear at a national summit in Washington of Moms for Liberty, a conservative parental rights organization that has advocated removing mentions of LGBTQ+ identity and structural racism from school classrooms.

Like he actually cares about abortion.

Gotta pander to the MAGA sex police, I guess.

Flip flop. In 24 hours.

Northern must be beside himself. He hates inconsistency.

A July poll of Florida voters conducted by the University of North Florida found that 54% of Republicans support Amendment 4.

The flip flop may (or may not) satisfy religious extremists but it appears that Trump is out of step with a large part of his home state party.

If the amendment was to go back to the 15 week ban it’d pass in a heartbeat.

The proposed amendment is gonna be 50/50
