It’s both. He needs cash, and his brain is so messed up he needs constant affirmation and adulation. He wants to know that he controls the thoughts and actions of people.
So, I guess this is building to something? Get people hooked in by letting them vote on the card, build some buzz, and then announce the payment plans? I have no doubt there will be a scam where they hook you to a monthly credit card chargeI received one of those emails.

I sent the pictures of the card to one of my Con friends, and I got the response I expected. He laughed it off and praised Trump for making money. He said it's the American way to make money, and he'd defend that right to the end. He said that it's on the masses to realize they are being scammed, which he grudgingly admitted this is.
