I listened to a Freakanomics podcast this week with NJ senator (dem) Booker. I guess one of his big issues is criminal justice reform. He noted that there is a lot of bi-partisan support for the issue currently, including from people like the Koch brothers and others on the right (mentioned Grassley).

I'll admit that I'm an Obama fan, but would like the administration to reclassify marijuana before he leaves office. I know it may not be considered politically salient in an election year, but I would think the majority of Americans don't think of pot in the same class as a drug like heroin.

The drug issue is a can of worms waiting to get opened up. Imagine is a good ol' Christian like Cruz or Rubio gets elected...and someone wants to get the Colorado and Oregon question answered. Bloody hell will be paid......However, these questions do need to be answered from a business stand point.
