Uber disclosed 3,000 sexual assaults in U.S. rides last year in its long-awaited safety report

That number really jumped out at first, less so after realizing it was over 1.3 billion rides.

The attorneys could compare Uber to transportation businesses like airlines and buses. I'm sure Uber would come out looking like crap.
