Ugh Purdue...

I watched the better part of the second half and the OT's. Where was Haas and Swanigan? Neither one was in foul trouble and Hammons didn't have a particularly good game. Of course, the Purdue guards sucked and couldn't feed the post if their lives depended on it.

Oh well....I guess it is just the ole 5/12 jinx. Two of them already.

Clones on easy street. NC is not having one shining moment either.

Purdue is in big trouble down 5 in double OT. Probably my fault because I went for a run when they were up 11.
Me too. Come back to find it in Double over time with Purdue's last possession down two. Looked like a foul to me on their last shot.

I agree with the foul. Hill lost his arm on the way up.

To the other poster about their bigs, I was wondering the same thing. I assumed Haas was in foul trouble or fouled out. I know he had an issue with cramping early but thought he was fine. I was blown away when I watched Purdue in overtime. How do you not utilize your big men? Did Hammons even get the ball in a position to score once?

Also, lack of a point guard killed Purdue. Little Rock had what, 14 steals? They must have watched the Iowa tape and noticed Purdue couldn't handle the press.
