He was arrested professionally, they were ensuring he had access to his meds, and the police indicated that he likely wouldn't be in overnight. No one knelt on his neck or shot him because they thought he was going to throw boiling water on them or emptied a magazine in his general direction because an acorn fell nearby.

First of all we need to know what the comments were. Because I don't think you can just say whatever you want on facebook and have it have no consequences in real life. Do you think that it should be legal to ask a 12 year old to come have sex with you on facebook? I certainly don't.

Second we need to see what the courts do.
