Meh.

They got an at large team with no head coach in the 1st Rd, and a Wisconsin team that didn't show any improvement from the team that lost to Nebraska just 3 games ago and also lost Hepburn during the game.

It's a great turnaround by Pretzelburger, but let's not pretend they're on this unprecedented, amazing run through the tournament, at least to this point.

Beating Miami would probably be their best win of the tournament if they pull it off, and we're talking about the 4th best team from a down ACC.

So, meh.....

They certainly deserve kudos from 2 wins to the sweet 16, that's no small accomplishment; however they had one of the best placements an 11 can ever hope for. LSU just fired their coach and Wisconsin's best player is hobbled while their PG missed 2/3 the game.

That said, congrats to ISU for doing what Iowa couldn't.
