UMass at Iowa in 2025 has been moved from Nov. 15 to Sept. 13

No we get Iowa State. You have to remove Iowa State from the schedule before you can play any other P4 team. Right now it’s going to be ISU and two UMass type teams for the rest of our lives.
$164 million in revenue and they still can’t afford a road game.

Iowa has $160 million in expenses too. Iowa football subsidizes all other Iowa sports programs except men’s basketball. So by the looks of it, that seventh home game is absolutely needed to break even or make a small profit (in relative terms of college athletics).

Iowa State has like 50 million less in revenue. These AD’s are so full of bloat

Ohio State has about $115 million more revenue than Iowa and about $114 million more in expenses.

I’ve guess we’ve learned that life is not fair and home football games are needed.

UMass. Hoo-boy! Clearing my schedule for that game weekend now. Don't want to miss that historic matchup!

In all seriousness though, was all of the New York burroughs' community colleges too busy those weeks, or what? 👎

These colleges could take in a trillion dollars and likely some would still buy the sob story they are just getting to break even.

They spend every penny no matter what.

They likely have to or the budget the following years will get cut. Upper management nonsense about cutting funding if the spending doesn't match.

Now they just need to figure out if they're actually playing Florida Atlantic on Aug 30th or not (Fla Atl and Maryland seem to think they have a game against each other that day).

Plus add in the lawsuits and they are not making a profit.
