I understand you are making a joke; however, let’s pretend your statement is accurate and there are an influx of jobs that pay minimum wage and better. Do you think people should be able to live off the government because they prefer not to work those jobs? Seriously curious if people think the government should pay for the unemployed that think they are too good to work in certain fields. And if people are ok with that, why?

The point is unscrupulous ag producers, concrete guys, and restaurant owners can suppress wages.
Wages will have to go up, and adequate housing provided. You can’t house Americans in the run down single wide trailers dotting farms in Iowa.
