Unisom: Anybody try it?

The last month I am having a lot of trouble falling asleep and then staying asleep.
Somebody told me they use Unisom to sleep. Anybody have experience with it?

I use “waking up too damn early everyday”, once it’s bedtime I fall asleep before my head hits the pillow.

Like Benadryl, it can help with a little insomnia. Have you tried Benadryl/generic? Benadryl usually works fine for me. My uncle who uses Unisom says it sometimes leaves him drowsy the next day. My mom says Benadryl does this for her too but that's never been an issue for me.
