If he's fully qualified for the job and runs it and they are profitable, I have no problem. If he got the job because he is a crossdresser then not so good.

This is laughable. I don't know what happened to you, but you clearly have no idea what the qualifications are to be a commercial airline pilot. You have no idea what level of oversight an airline adheres to. You clearly have no idea what it takes to be the CEO of a publicly traded company.
