Thanks good stuff. I'm surprised Glynn isn't in the not happening category. So there's a remote chance we qualify 10. I believe it's been awhile for that to happen.

you need to correct your statements...they're not auto qualifiers, they're allocations. You still have to finish in one of the allocation spots to qualify for Nationals. If one of the wrestlers that earned the allocation doesn't finish in the allocation spots, more than likely they will take a wild card from some other wrestler in another conference.

Rentsra, if he makes weight, will qualify,as will Pfarr at 74

He would have to earn one of the qualified B1G spots at the conference tourney as he wouldn't qualify as an at large selection.

Also, there's no such thing as a "not happening" for anyone right now. To qualify, one has to place high enough at the conference tourney to secure one of the qualified conference spots.

Am I brain dead or isn't that how it works?

Renteria will be 1 match short of earning a allocated spot at big 10.My guess is Feb 18 he will go to Air Force open and get 1 match to secure a spot.

That is how it works...to qualify. OP is simply stating who has earned an allocation for the conference.

Sorry for the poor wording. Allocation should replace qualifier and when I put “not happening” I meant that wrestler wouldn’t meet the criteria for an allocation spot, not that the individual wrestler wouldn’t be able to qualify. Thanks for the clarification. Just wanted to see where each weight class stood currently. Hawks have 8 very likely or higher guys. Hoping we can get all 10

Rentara will make it at 33!
