Wow, a bit out of left field for those on this board. Guess he's got his shot at the NBA back. Wish him success.
Who can fill me in?

He was just on their summer league roster. There was no commitment from either party for anything beyond that.
You'd figure there has to be at least one team that could use a 6'10" wing that can drain 3s from 25 feet and block shots. I'm sure he'll never make an all-star team, but he should be useful for somebody. Maybe Canada is it.
Not free agents like Uthoff. He was free to sign with anyone and the Kings had no say.
Several said he played his way out of any chance at the NBA, and oversees was his only way to get paid to play. Maybe you should concentrate less on trying to correct/counter everything anyone says on here.

He has seemed to feel that is his role on this board for years now. Rarely value added.
I guess his performance in summer league wasn't considered by the Raptors.

Not to rain in on the parade but he's probably correct. Uthoff was signed to fill out their training camp/preseason roster. Most likely he'll be in either the D-league or in Europe when the regular season starts. But, hey, he gets a shot at least.
Signed two years with some guaranteed money he will get a few chances in real games.
The guaranteed money is just for training camp. Nothing beyond that at this time.
10 is least miserable 1 is most miserable. I would have given you a 2 but thanks for the honesty. I hope we can help you move up to a 3 or 4 in due time.
Good for him! Not only does he get a shot at the NBA but more importantly can take residency up north before the $hit storm comes from the next presidential election....
I don't think you know how 1-10 scales work, do you get a lot of people telling you your wife is a 2 and take that as a good thing?
