That riot started before his speech and even though she was responsible for the security and the Capitol Police, Nancy turned down an offer by Trump for National guardsmen to secure the Capitol when offered days before the riots. Truth be known, Nancy knew what was happening because she probably approved it. Additionally, not a single person who was arrested even voted in the Presidential election. Common sense dictates that any Trump supporter, or any Republican or Conservative who would travel to D.C. to hear his speech, certainly would have voted.
