WALSH: Nearly Everything BLM Is Saying About The Breonna Taylor Case Is False

The media quit the journalism business and got into the propaganda, narrative control business decades ago. It's why they hate the internet so, it weakens their grip on power and enables true journalists to get their message out. News is out there you just have to know where to find it.
I rarely agree with you, but this is pretty much spot on. "Journalists" tend to latch on to an idea, preconceived notion, narrative, et al, then simply hunt for information to back up their narrative. Rarely are we simply presented with facts and offered the opportunity to draw our own conclusions.

I've seen this same tactic used in those deep south Baptist churches...pastors find a narrative then cherry pick through scripture to find some scripture (usually out of context) to support it.

This has been one of the most striking things in the Taylor case. Not a peep from the usual suspects about a BS kick in the door police raid that ends with a woman dead. This is the thing they've been warning us about for years.

Pretty much this. Forget racism for a second and use some common sense. Government busts into home, gun owner protects his home, government opens fire and kills. Government moves on to next home.

**** that shit. It’s ****ed up.

How is he an activist? He specifically cited the findings.

You are not familiar with Matt Walsh? As Tribe pointed out Walsh, as it typical, exaggerates the evidence in support of his opinion and dismisses contravening evidence and context. For example, the quotes Walsh referenced were obtain from a police investigation memo that the LPD leaked. The Mayor and LPD said that the memo was a draft, completed early in investigation the quotes were unverified and not in context. Glover is recorded saying that Walker was in jail---a quote used by Walsh et al, to support their contention he was involved in drug dealing. Walker was in jail because the police arrested him that night for attempted murder.....charges were later dropped. The "photographed multiple times in front of Glover's 'stash house'" fails to advise the reader that the police falsely reported that the Post Office inspector generally had not record of reporting the package of being suspicious-- as claimed by LPD and the USPS determined the package was clothes.

The next time you run across those types, buddy up to them, with eyes darting left and right, and and whisper you just read about a book allowed in school about a long hair that couldn't eat shrimp. Then guffaw as you slap them on the back and walk away guffawing "I never".

Her boyfriend shouldn't have opened up on the police chances are they wouldn't have fired back and Ms Taylor would be alive.

How about what?

I'm confident in our criminal justice system.

The state elected not to prosecute. The feds have elected to prosecute.

We will see how this all plays out.
The only reason the feds are prosecuting is that an innocent woman was killed (and the locals refused to hold those who killed her criminally responsible). How many times does your "criminal justice system" have officers conspire and lie to get warrants and get lucky enough to not kill someone? Might want to rethink putting the word "justice" in that phrase...unless, like Richard Pryor, you think it means "just us".

Locals? Yes, but it was a grand jury, and they did allow "three counts of wanton endangerment against one officer for firing shots that went into a neighbor’s apartment" (From the article in the OP).

And it sounds as though you need to be reminded that these federal charges haven't even gone to trial.

Just calm down and let the criminal justice do its work.

These federal charges that you're hanging your hat on as far as letting the system work, again, likely wouldn't exist had they not killed Breona Taylor. That the warrant was illegally obtained wasn't an issue for the locals. Did they even investigate prior to announcing that the shoot was a-ok? They cleared those asshats without all the evidence being in and now you're counseling to wait untl all the evidence is in. A haystack was shaken that night and a needle in the form of an illegally obtained warrant popped right out. That haystack is filled with needles that are never even looked for. Do you honestly think Breona Taylor's door is the only one to ever be kicked n based on bullshit evidence cooked up by overzealous cops?

From what I read, there has been no final adjudication as to whether "the warrant was illegally obtained".

Why do you throw due process to the wind?

Great. So you're in the camp that OJ was innocent. The "final ajudication" is in and he was aquited. Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman just fell on a knife lots of times.
