I don't think he is doing it in any sort of a planned way.

I think if he were knowingly a Russian asset, he'd have bragged about it on Twitter by now. We know he can't keep anything secret or private. "I'm the BEST asset! No one has BIGGER influence than ME!".
I agree that the Russians didn't have to direct him to do anything specific; they just had to help him get elected and then sit back and enjoy the mess he's creating.

I think Trump likes Vlad. I think he has liked him from the time of the Miss Universe in Russia (I mean who wouldn't like someone that buys you quality ass to play with). I think Trump likes the old Eastern European block, isn't that where his wife is from? I don't think Trump sees any of his actions as being deceitful or traitorous towards the US, even if the shite he and his crew has done is wrong. I think he feels we should be friends with Russia and that they would make better allies than our current ones.

I pay less attention to news these days. But isn't the Trump admin on the verge of selling out Ukraine and trying to build better ties with Russia?
