There was also a poster on this forum awhile back saying that he either was an acquaintance of the Nickel family or knew people who were as I recall.

He indicated that Nickel was most excited about the Iowa offer and would be his likely choice (at least at that point). Something to that effect.

Hopefully that poster will view this thread and reiterate what he said earlier (and provide any new info he may have).
