We may see the US Marshall's service come to the fore in the next few years!!

They are the US Courts policing service. They are not usually asked to force the Prez to adhere to court rulings.

Right now if the Dumpster tries to ignore court rulings the courts can cite him and his minions for contempt and that is about it unless they rule that Trump has to vacate people from buildings and if that is refused the maybe the marshalls will be tasked with forcefully acting on the courts' orders.

To observe this happening will be very shocking. I hope the Exec Branch doesnt try to ignore court orders. If they do I would like nothing more that the Dumpster to go to jail this time

If the @wxecutuve branch” refuses to obey court orders and federal Marshall’s actions, the only step left is riots and disorder in the streets. They do but they were formed as part of the Judiciary Act of 1789 and there main duties are with the courts and judges, not the friggin AG Lying Bondi who once again lied during her Senate testimony very recently. Kavanaugh lied to the Senate when appointed by Bush2 and he lied again, and Clarence Thomas always lies about his payments from rich dudes.

Not smoothly…however the Executive Branch is responsible for following Court Orders and if the refuse or ignore these orders, things will get interesting.
Back in Watergate days, Nixon ignored the Court however the Senate sent reps to “visit” Nixon and Goldwater told him “you might get 30 votes, but I’m not sure if I am one of them…”
That’s as close as we have come to dissolution since the Civil War. If folks fail to act reasonably and up to expectations, Kai’s will follow….Trump loves kaos and that is a concern.
