Why is the "received anal" at 100 percent and the "gave anal" at lower than 90 percent?

Personally, I thought the saying was "bass ackwards"...but hey, to each their own. Including butt secks.
It just means that in encounters that ended in an orgasm featured the person giving oral. Doesn't mean the person had an orgasm by giving oral. At least that's how I read it.
I may be interpreting the graphic incorrectly but I don't think it necessarily means the people achieved orgasm while giving oral. It just means that they had an orgasm during their last sexual encounter and giving oral was one of the things they did during that encounter. They might have done multiple things on that list and had the orgasm while doing one of those other things.
