If so, that's a tiny dude.

My first impression was she'd had a lot of work done to her face, but after seeing the punch line, she/he must have had a complete overhaul.

I don't buy it. Body types totally opposite. No amount of makeup ever covers that beard very long, not even with total electrolysis.
