West Virginia leads a nation with 98.3% vaccination rate

Yeah, nice job. I wish we did something similar, although there might be a bigger supply issue than there was in West Virginia.
 
Small, quick and collaborative beats big, slow, and bureaucratic. I hope stories like this continue.

The first important point is that West Virginia opted out of a federal partnership program that relies on the giant CVS and Walgreens pharmacy chains to deliver vaccines to nursing homes. Instead, the state is relying on a network consisting mostly of local pharmacies.
