What’s the best 90s one hit wonder song?

Possibly the most under appreciated song of all time.
I am aware they argued it was slightly different beat but alas and they paid the price. You not a fan of the song?
I actually like both versions, but I do think the strings arrangement by David Whitaker was the heavy lifting. It’s brilliant.
Met the now wife while this gem was playing
Think about how profound this was in 1999:

I used to think that at the time. It was better at the time. Probably technically better still. But culturally and aesthetically significant? Not like All Star.
