What if Trump refuses to concede?

Scenario: He'll take it to court and Barr will find a way to federalize it - meaning we pay for it. The scariest part is that isn't even unlikely.
If he loses the election after results are certified, he will no longer be president on inauguration day. It doesn't matter how many lawsuits and how much whining he does, he will not be the president once each states results are certified and Biden has the electoral votes to win.

If the election results are certifiedby each state and he loses, he doesn't need to concede. But he will no longer be President on inauguration day whetherhe likes it or not.
The problem is Trump is working to circumvent the voting rules in some swing states. Votes by the people are going to be cancelled for some Trump delegates or some shit. He is working very hard to fix this election because he knows he can't win at this point.

It's getting stolen right in front of us. With Russian help. Again.

One of the strategies if Trump loses the popular vote in a decisive number of states where Republicans control the legislature is to scream fraud and have the legislatures submit their own slates of electors to the electoral college.

They will also apparently be filing court suits everywhere they can in states that it appears they've lost. Again--out in the open--one of the stated reasons Republicans want Ginsburg replaced quickly is so her successor can perhaps be a decisive vote in the Supreme Court per the Presidential election.

If he doesn't leave on Jan 20, the USSS needs to escort him out, in hand cuffs if necessary, and hand him over to the SDNY.
What "should" happen isn't the question though. What will happen? What entity will have the power to remove him? Until now, it seems no one has considered this as it was inconceivable. Now, it seems likely.

Trump has been stirring this up for months. He will lose by more than 5 pts, he will cry foul, hope his stacked Supreme Court will reverse the decision...either way it will be ugly. Only because a bunch of greedy bastards, morons and racists have time and time again enabled an off the charts narcissist, con and grifter that is a useful idiot for Putin. Congrats
His stacked SC? I’m sorry but that’s delusional. No matter your side. He’s fully entitled to fill that seat no matter what anyone not him said prior.

He’s ahead in Arizona and Florida as of two recent polls.

Neato.
He's behind in Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania. The only three states that matter
(and PS, Biden is beating Trump in Arizona in the Reuters poll released today)

If he is so sure he can win legitimately, then why is he talking about coups to stay in power?
Because he is worried, and rightfully so, about the integrity of our elections. That’s what matters right? Mail in ballots will be a disaster for all involved. You can protest you can go to the polls. Hell we won’t have any idea who won the election for weeks. This won’t be good for the country.

He has been asked to supply evidence of widespread mail in fraud but can't find any. At that point it is clear he is basing these fears on his gut instead of any rational reality.
