on the money. 1 2 and 4 would immediately set her up at the very least to appear like a credible world leader and as someone willing to do what needs doing. the gravitas accompanying such a position will produce a shitload of votes from the “sitting it out” demographic. not even saying the c word would be ceding this issue to the reps by de facto which is poor strategy

Not at the polls, that's not efficient/feasible. That's why I said proof of citizenship for registration rather than at the polls. No different than getting a passport really. In our state you pretty much have to prove citizenship just to get a driver's license. Or if your kid plays in a baseball league sanctioned by little league international you know the drill...

Have to be registered to vote, but take the proof at registration and photo ID at the polls or to obtain an absentee ballot.
