I will say that I do not like chicken feet. I got an order at a dim sum restaurant based on how the crowd was devouring them as the cart rolled around. But did not work with my western palate

Chicken thighs are easy to cook, on he grill or in the oven or a frying pan. They have the most flavor of any piece of the bird. If you are lazy like me, marinate in hot sauce for a few hours and put them on the grill, indirect heat. They are also the only way to go for chicken and rice.
