i saved the life of a young bird. it fell out of the sky apparently dehydrated and some bigger birds started to attack it. i saw this through a glass barrier at the gym and i ran out and around the whole facility probably a 1/4 mile to get to it. even though this happened about 6 months ago, to this day numerous old ladies who witnessed this event still come up and talk to me like i’m a total dream.

Have performed cpr on 2 people until an ambulance arrived and could use a defibrillator on them and they survived. There have been others that I have performed cpr on that didnt.

Helped an elderly lady out of her house that was on fire.

Not saying I did anything special, that any first responder wouldn't have done, it just happened to be me that was there.
