I have perfected a delectable egg sandwich:
One everything bagel. One maple chicken sausage patty. One egg.
I take about 1 1/2 tablespoons of cream cheese and soften it in micro for 10 seconds, then mix honey and sriracha in with it.
Toast the bagel while heating up the sausage and frying the egg.
Just as egg is about to go from runny to solid, take it off heat. Smear bagel with honey-sriracha cream cheese, put sausage patty on bagel, place slightly over easy egg on sausage, add one more dollop of honey-sriracha cream cheese, put second half of bagel on top.

This brand is pretty tasty, IMO. The ones infused with flavor (sage or maple) tend to be better:I have never had a chicken or turkey sausage that I thought was even tolerable. I’d honestly rather use an impossible sausage than any of the poultry variations.
Fried egg sandwich. Fresh eggs from my backyard chickens 🙂
Huh? Isn't this a bit contradictory? Like saying I had a homemade burger from McDonald's.Homemade tacos from a kit.

Playing to the redneck crowd with the Busch Light?Speaking of tacos, these at the relative new El Fogon in Bettendorf look pretty damn good:
