Is he dinged up? Seems to be forcing it a bit inside. Really like TP's ability to penetrate. Will need better play from Tony if we are going to do well in the BIG.
Probably the same thing that happened to Sandfort or any other player. Ebbs and flows. Is he dinged up? Seems to be forcing it a bit inside. Really like TP's ability to penetrate. Will need better play from Tony if we are going to do well in the BIG.
Hope it isn't a lingering issue. We'll really need him down the stretch.Tony had a thigh injury 3 weeks ago. Other than the WI game, he hasn't shot particularly well since.
Agreed. He might be recovered from the injury but he just got off from favoring that side while he recovered. I was hoping that he'd take some time off between the last 2 games and get right but he still seems to be struggling.Hope it isn't a lingering issue. We'll really need him down the stretch.
Have we even gotten to the stretch yet, let alone down it?Hope it isn't a lingering issue. We'll really need him down the stretch.
Hes a solid down hill driver, a decent not great ballhandler. If you're not a great ballhandler its difficult to consistently shake defenders. Is he dinged up? Seems to be forcing it a bit inside. Really like TP's ability to penetrate. Will need better play from Tony if we are going to do well in the BIG.
Yep, trying too hard.He just seems to be pressing a bit lately since his injury and his shot isn’t dropping which frustrates him and causes him to press even more. He’ll come around to his usual form soon, I’m confident in his abilities.
I think I saw at least 4 hawks forcing things.Yep, trying too hard.
Forcing things.
Can't disagree, but Tony Perkins is the topic. Not the team.I think I saw at least 4 hawks forcing things.
Glad he played better, the rest of the team was sleep walking. He had 15 points, 5 assists and 8 rebounds. But he is forcing things. It’s frustrating.
