What's on tap this weekend? Any good on the grill/smoker?

Expecting temps in 100s here in Houston. That's brutal...especially for this time of year. Was thinking of messing around on the new BGE? HEB has Prime brisket or beef ribs on sale.....but that would require being outside.

 

[The Tradition]

Supposed to be rainy here at Tradition Manor. Not sure I want to plan on grilling anything that is too involved. Maybe grill some steaks if there's a window of opportunity around dinner time.
