Per Stormy, that may be Lying Donnie Sexual Abuser's favorite number. BTW, feel free to add in the $130,000 X2 that he paid to his porn queen bonks Stormy and Karen. While not technically a fine, I'd say include it, given it's $$ he had to shell out for a cover up. So you have my permission to add it in. 👍
