What's your go-to Chinese food order?

-Xiao Long Bao, I love it enough my wife and I have made it from scratch several times now
-Deep fried chicken kneecaps with garlic and chili (seriously, I tried it the first time in San Fran at R & G Lounge a traditional Cantonese place and I’ve gotten the fried cartilage every place I’ve seen it offered since mainly in Korean, Thai and authentic Chinese places but also some Japanese izakayas).
-Drunken pigeon in jar
-Abalone Rice Porridge which is technically a Korean dish but you can get it in a lot of West Coast Cantonese places.

Kung Pao chicken, white rice, pot stickers

No love for egg foo young? Might be my goat.

Hunan, Szechaun, Mongolian Beef...wtf is the difference? Think I like Mong the best.

Combo lo mein and egg rolls, maybe some rangoons. Mixed egg drop/ wonton soup.

Orange, sesame, or bourbon chicken. Damn, now Im hungry. But one thing I noticed in the last few yrs, its becoming impsossible to find an even halfway decent buffet. I like to hit one up once or twice a yr and have been grossed out the last 5 or 6 times and turn around. But the local take out is pretty awesome.
