You’re not tho. Barta is a problem and he needs to be replaced before he can do any further damage. In particular, keep him from either giving Fran a lifetime contract for getting us back into the NIT in a couple of years, or, being responsible for hiring Fran’s replacement in a few years after he’s taken the program back to where it was when he started.
Iowa is capable of losing to anybody. Remember Purdue last year? How about N. Dakota State before. Lost many to Minny when a big favorite.
I tell you what, if we have another 4 win big ten season I will jump on board with you. I am fine with Fran as of now, do not like his temper sometimes so he better start winning. I do like some of his hires recently in our other programs such as Volleyball and Softball. Heller was a good hire, Wrestling looks like it is getting back, very talented hoops team especially when looking at recruiting rankings (obviously had some voids), Bluder will do what she does in hoops for the gals. I think for the first time in a while we have positive momentum in what I would consider our "main" sports.
