Well after they learned how to use apostrophe’s.
When did they start wearing makeup?
I think she was about 7 years old when she started competition dance and I can still remember the group winning Super Platinum for their Salt N Pepa "Push It" routine.
my daughter is 10 and has worn makeup for a couple of special occasions like bdays but doesnt wear it to school or even on a weekly basis.
Formally and officially? Not yet and my oldest is 11.
But they do apply it heavily as war paint when doing some games.
My wife doesn't wear a ton in general so they pick that up from her. But the eldest has commented about some of the other girls wearing it to school.

I firmly believe that my SO's daughter in law only pro created to have a couple of walking, talking dress up dolls. The 5 year old is wearing makeup and jewelry
My 10 year old wears makeup. But only to cover up her tattoo
The daughter (no pics!) is 20yo and still doesn't wear it with any regularity. She has some, but it's left for more formal/fancier occasions.
Around 5th or 6th grade. Just a little eye shadow and maybe some foundation, nothing really noticeable.
